HearthPlans is a remote drafting studio led by Jihadul Islam. It draws permit sets, architectural, MEP and structural sheets, and as-builts from scans, in AutoCAD, Revit, Chief Architect, Bluebeam Revu, for homeowners, contractors, designers and engineering firms, mostly on projects in the United States.

How the studio works
Everything happens remotely. Drawings, markups and review comments move by email and shared links, and there is no US office. Existing conditions come from your plans, from photos with dimensions, or from a scan of the space you can take with a phone, so most jobs never need a site visit.
The studio is 12 to 15 hours ahead of US time zones, so markups sent at the end of your day are often worked on while your office is closed.
Every job starts with a fixed quote that lists the sheets and the delivery date. You review the drawings and redline them, and two rounds of revisions are included before the final layered DWG, DXF and PDF files are delivered.
