Outsourced CAD drafting for architecture and engineering firms

HearthPlans works as an outsourced drafting team for architecture and engineering firms: architectural, MEP and structural sheets drawn to your CAD standards and title block and delivered under your name, with NDAs welcome. Work is quoted per job, and a time zone 12 to 15 hours ahead of the US means work often moves while your office is closed.

Outsourced drafting for firms: common questions

How is outsourced drafting billed?

Per job, as a fixed quote agreed before work starts.

Will the drawings carry our name?

Yes. Everything is drawn in your title block and delivered under your firm’s name. NDAs are welcome.

How does the time difference work?

The studio is in Malaysia, 12 to 15 hours ahead of US time zones, so markups sent at the end of your day are often worked on overnight.
